Child sleep is sensitive and can easily be negatively affected by time changes. The best way to handle it is by being prepared! And, it's easier than you think.
When it comes to 'fall back' - when we change the clocks back in the fall - it's a set of simple 15-minute changes that you start 4 days ahead of time.
Picture this scenario. Your child usually goes to bed at 7:00 pm, the time change takes effect on a Sunday. You simply make bedtime 15 minutes later each day starting on Wednesday, 4 days before the time change. This is what you do:
Same thing! Just push naps 15 minutes later each day, starting 4 days ahead of the time change. Example: Your child naps at 1:00 pm each day.
A little bit of planning ahead of time will save you a lot of headaches. You've got this, mom and dad!

The vast majority of mommas are very happy with MoBoleez's sizing but, like all clothing, there will be children on either end of the size percentile (very large or very small for their age) that will not fit into our specified size range.
Please take note of whether baby is on either end of the size percentile and choose your size accordingly. Big baby? Might want to size up. Have a little mini (like our girl was)? Consider the smaller size. If you're still not sure, send us an email here and we can help you choose the best size and design for you!
